Locust Lake Anglers Club

Trout stocking was scheduled on Saturday, March 28. They stocked the East Lake first, than Locust Lake.
Everyone met at the East Lake at 10 a.m.
The next Anglers Club meeting was held after the trout stocking at the Locust Lake Village Chalet starting at 11 a.m. on March 28.
All are welcome to join the Anglers Club!
Opening day for trout fishing begins on Saturday, April 18 at 8 a.m. for Locust Lake Village.
There is daily limit of 4 trout within Locust Lake Village during the regular season.
Additional trout stockings of East Lake and Locust Lake will take place throughout the spring.
Locust Lake Anglers Club membership for 2009 is $10.

Locust lake Village 2009 Rental Policy




If you are thinking about buying a rental property in Locust lake Village here is the 2009 Rental Policy



In 2009, the fee has been increased to $125.00 a year and is now due. According to LLVPOA policy, all rentals of property within Locust Lake Village, as defined in the Rules and Regulations, shall be registered with the Locust Lake Village Property Owners Association. The completed form ‘Registration of Rental Property'must be fi led with the LLVPOA by the lessee within 10 days of occupancy. Properties currently rented, as of the effective date, must comply with the rental rulesand requirements thereof within sixty (60) days of the effective date. Said form must be resubmitted with updated information on an annual basis. Further, property owners renting their unit must pay an annual rental registration fee as established by the Board.
Failure to comply with paragraphs A and B above shall subject the property owner to the following charges: First offense - $500.00 Each subsequent offense - $750.00 For each additional thirty (30) day period of non-compliance - $500.00 Any and all legal, administrative and collection costs are incurred by the property owner in connection with A & B above. The renter will purchase their own non-member badges.
If the lessee does not purchase badges, the lessee will not be entitled to amenity usage, in any case. The owner and the lessee shall be jointly and severally liable for damages caused by the lessee(s) and their guests to any association owned property, and the owner shall e responsible for payments of all fines and assessments imposed for violation of community rules and regulations, by-laws and/or restrictive covenants. No leasing shall relieve a property owner from its obligations to the association, and the owner shall remain responsible, at all times, for the lessee(s) failure to comply with the provisions of the aforesaid documents.
Prior approval Process: For any leases, 60 days or more, the owner must get prior approval from LLVPOA as to whether there are any outstanding violations or complaints against said lessee. The LLVPOA reserves the right to withhold approval of any such application if there are, in fact, outstanding violations or complaints against the lessee. The Lessee(s) acknowledges that the Lease for the property is in writing and requires the Lessee(s) to comply with all the By-Laws, Rules and Regulations, and Restrictive Covenants of the Associations and may be sanctioned for any infractions of the By-Laws, Rules and Regulations and Restrictive Covenants.
The Lease may not be assigned or subletted by the Lessee(s) and shall provide that the Lessee(s) shall abide by the aforesaid documents. No leasing shall relieve a property owner from its obligations to the Association and he shall remain responsible, at all times, for the Lessee(s) failure to comply with the provisions of the aforesaid documents. Members, not in good standing, pursuant to the By-Laws and Rules and Regulationsare not permitted to lease their property.
